BCC Mantovabanca 1896 non incassa i MAV

Sono andato presso una filiale della banca BCC Mantovabanca e non mi hanno accetto il pagamento di un MAV. Questo è quello che ho scritto loro:

Buon giorno,
questa mattina alle ore 8.35 mi sono recato presso la Vostra filiale di Rivalta sul Mincio per il pagamento di un MAV elettronico.
Il MAV, emesso dalla Banca Popolare di Sondrio a favore dell'universita Bicocca di Milano, è intestato al sottoscritto.

L'operatore di sportello mi ha rifiutato il pagamento adducendo che presso la loro filiale non è presente la procedura e mi ha invitato a rivolgermi alla filiale della Banca Agricola Mantovana presente in paese oppure presso la Banca Popolare di Sondrio a Mantova.
La risposta mi ha lasciato alquanto perplesso in quanto MAV analoghi li ho pagati presso la stessa filiale sia a settembre dello scorso anno sia a maggio di quest'anno, quindi solo 4 mesi fa.

Chiedo cortesemente di avere delucidazioni in merito.

Domani mi rivolgerò presso qualche altra banca sul territorio, qualora mi dovessero accettare l'operazione evidentemente li terrò in considerazione qualora decidessi di trasferire il mio attuale conto dal servizio Poste Italiane ad un servizio bancario puro.
