Buon Natale AIS…., non poteva terminare al meglio l’anno l’Associazione Italiana Sommelier di Lodi con una cena che ha visto raccolti più di cinquanta sostenitori, in una location di tutto rispetto come la Corte Biffi a San Rocco al Porto .
A mezz’ora dalla grande Milano, immersa in un’atmosfera di assoluta tranquillità, si svela la Corte Biffi, un luogo unico, dove la tradizione italiana del gusto incontra in questo locale, le esigenze di tutti i commensali.
Preannunciato ciò, passiamo al “piatto forte”della serata o meglio, ..passiamo al bicchiere..sì perché ospite d’onore della serata era l’enologo RUBEN LARENTIS della azienda FERRARI di Trento e la cena si volgeva nell’abbinamento di raffinati piatti ben cucinati dal cuoco della Corte Biffi, con le fantastiche riserve dell’azienda FERRARI.
Tengo solo a precisare che l’aperitivo è iniziato con uno stratosferico GIULIO FERRARI Riserva del fondatore anno 2000 , per poi continuare con le restanti riserve ..più una sorpresa, una riserva che è stata messa sul mercato non più di 20 giorni fa, la riserva Lunelli annata 2002, una riserva molto particolare…da provare!!!

Durante la serata, Carlo Milani ha omaggiato our two very active and Lorines Paola, who with their valuable contribution, always ensure a valid support to the delegation .. Congratulations!!

I can say on behalf of all that Ruben was a happy surprise, a fantastic person, reserved, careful, well-trained in disentangling the various questions and curiosity of the guests, an exceptional evening at the conclusion of a year with short flakes ... .. congratulations Carlo, in any event no wonder more and more!!
