annually and around December, almost like a nasty flu, the Marches undergo the usual flurry of notices of assessment of the car from the region. All with the usual trail of mistakes and wasted time and taxpayers suffer almost defenseless. In addition to damages, among other things, the Marches have to suffer the mockery of the enormous waste of public money that are forced to bear costs of postage and administrative work related to the folders crazy. For years, witness this festival of horrors tax administration in which the protagonist literally unable to interpret, with a minimum of decency, those few federal tax margins that the State has delegated to the regions.
In such a context, even in these days to manifest itself in protests by taxpayers who complain about the receipt of orders for payment for stamp duty actually paid on or in vehicles sold to third parties. The anthology of mistakes is endless.
The only difference compared to other years is that since 2007 the recovery activity has been outsourced by the region that would delegate the task to a third company to perform the delicate task. Costo (apparente) dell’operazione: 600.000 euro.
Ma quanti sono gli errori sin qui segnalati in relazione all’attività di recupero appena iniziata ? Quale il costo reale dell’intera procedura ? Quali i termini del contratto ? E soprattutto: quali garanzie la Regione si è riservata rispetto alla società incaricata di procedere alla notifica degli avvisi di accertamento ?
Sono questi gli interrogativi che ho posto al Presidente della Giunta Regionale per mezzo di una specifica interrogazione presentata questa mattina.
Ne ho chiesto la discussione urgente. Anche perché il cittadino ha tutto il diritto di conoscere subito i perfidi meccanismi di funzionamento di una procedura che assomiglia sempre più ad un virus.
