• CREMANT DE LIMOUX IMPERIAL GUINOT

  Head Chardonnay and Chenin blanc and Mouzac then, the typical variety of Cremant of Languedoc.

  A beautiful classic method, a brilliant golden yellow with greenish hues which herald the good acidity of the wine. Fine bubbles, numerous and persistent. The mouth is fresh and quite tasty with a carezzole softness, as befits a sparkling wine in its class.

• Blanquette de Limoux CUVEE RESERVE GUINOT

  Mouzac 100%

  Here we have a nice wine, brilliant, and even here the notes of green reflections offer very special playing with golden yellow. A beautiful effervescenza e un naso “nuovo”, diverso dai soliti spumanti, fine e abbastanza complesso con note erbacee molto fresche. Spumante fresco e con una bella mineralità.

• VIOGNER RESERVE 2007 DOMAINE DE SERAME

  Viogner 100%

  14% e non sentirli....Fresco questo vino, caldo e abbastanza morbido. L'alcol c'è...eccome!

  ma ben sostenuto e ben equilibrato.

  Note floreali ed erbacee al naso.

• SYRAH RESERVE 2007 DOMAINE DE SERAME

  Syrah 100%

  Si presenta con a deep ruby \u200b\u200bcolor, full, almost dark, with slight purple. It 'a little' this wine young, he says his nose with red fruits still fresh, and he says the high acidity. Alcohol is still a bit 'too present.
