Una è stata sicuramente il Raboso passito di Tessere "Rebecca" che finalmente, dopo averne sentito parlare tanto ho potuto assaporare. Inutile dire che è un prodotto veramente unico, avete presente l'indomabile carattere del Raboso? Beh in questa versione passita acquista eleganza ed ulteriore fascino. Il colore è di un rosso rubino cupo dalle sfumature aranciate e i profumi sono di marasca matura con note di vaniglia. Al gusto è potente e gradevolmente tannico con un retrogusto piacevolmente fruttato. Per chi come me ama questo vino "Rustego" non può non rimanere estasiato dalla versione passita. L'altra scoperta è stato il piemontese Albarossa ottenuto dall'omonimo vitigno, incrocio tra 
Barbera e Nebbiolo, creato con il tentativo di ottenere un vino che sposi assieme le caratteristiche di entrambi ma che comunque abbia una sua personalità. Le aziende che lo producono sono ancora poche. Io ho assaggiato l'Assioma di Dezzani e devo dire che se si cercava di ottenere un vino che avesse i profumi della Barbera e il nervo del Nebbiolo direi che ci si sta riuscendo. Il colore è un rosso rubino acceso, al naso si presenta vinoso e piacevolmente fruttato mentre in bocca troviamo un buon corpo ed un retrogusto piacevole. Chissà come si evolverà negl'anni?!.....voglio proprio scoprirlo e credo che approfitterò di un mio futuro soggiorno in Piemonte per acquistare alcune bottiglie and forget for a while 'time in the cellar.

Ecco le mie tre piacevoli scoperte che sperò di poter degustare in un luogo più idoneo che un rumorosissimo padiglione attorniata da centinaia di persone.
Per il resto il mio Vinitaly è stato tutto un continuo lavar bicchieri, servire vino e sparecchiare tavoli...ma non posso negare di essermi veramente divertita assieme al resto del Team del Castello del Soave e non mi sono fatta mancare ottimi Soave e Durello da accompagnare con i mitici risotti di Valentino, i fantastici formaggi della Casara e tutte le altre prelibatezze del castello. E chi è stato allo stand sa di che cosa sto parlando....
